Shipping and Payment Methods

Shipping will be via registered mail using the following methods:

SHIPPING METHODS (FOR SPAIN - Peninsular Spain).
- Flat rate for registered shipping: €4.00.
- Free registered shipping for orders over €50.
SHIPPING METHODS (EUROPE).
- Flat rate for registered shipping: €8.00. (Max. 500 g)
RETURNING AN ITEM
The items offered in our store are in good used condition (all items come from my private collection).
Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 business days from the date of delivery to return it.
(According to Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19.)
Shipping and collection costs in the event of a return will be borne by the customer. 
To process the return, the product must be in perfect condition.
No refund will be given for any item that does not arrive in perfect condition.
Once the merchandise has been received at our premises and its condition has been verified,
a refund will be issued according to the payment method chosen by the customer. In any case, 
the return of defective products and incorrect shipments will be accepted. Multicoleccionismo.es will be responsible for the shipping costs, 
provided that the customer notifies us of this circumstance within seven (7) days of receipt of the shipment. To make your return,

DELIVERY TIMES
Once payment has been verified, it will be sent immediately via certified mail in a padded envelope. Delivery times depend on the Post Office.
If shipment is not insured or if the Post Office loses the item, the amount charged by the Post Office will be refunded.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or deposit:

ORDERS
On the Order Status page, you can see a list of all orders placed and their status.
Clicking on an order will take you to all its details: code, date, order status, item availability, delivery time, payment status, etc.
ALL ORDERS ARE SENT IN PADDED ENVELOPES.
Orders may be canceled by multicoleccionismo.com or by the customer themselves.
Orders placed must be paid within 7 DAYS of the order date (unless otherwise agreed between the parties).
Until an order is paid, it will only be considered a quote, valid for 10 days.
After this period, the order will expire and multicoleccionismo.com will cancel it.
